SF-1 is a kind of thin wall wrapped bearings made of triple layer composite material which consists of a low-carbon steel backing strip, a sintered porous tin bronze particles interlayer and rolling process with PTFE and Pb mixture as surface layer. Suitable for slow rotational and oscillating movements under radial load and maintenance-free operation. As well as for complete or marginally lubricated conditions. Also suitable for bearings with limited installation space. No lubrication required.
