1.1 The instruction is suitable for ZD series large scale DC motor and its derived products. 1.2 The insulation class of this series motors is F class. The armature and stator coil are both made vacuum pressure integral impregnated (VPI).
1.3 The excitation type of motor is separately excited. There are two kinds of regular excitation voltage, and they are 220V (in series connection) and 110V (in parallel connection).
1.4 The name of motor terminal mark as follows:

When markF1, F2, F5 and F6 in connection diagram at the same time, short circuit F2 and F5, F1 as initial end, F6 as terminal, hereby the excitation winding is in series. When shorting circuit F1 and F5 as initial end, short circuit F2 and F6 as terminal, hereby the excitation winding is parallel connection. The mark of thermometric element, space heater and etc., please refer to relevant documents.
1.5 The cooling type of motor are IC17 (Duct ventilation, open circuit ventilation), IC37 (Duct ventilation at both ends) and ICW37A86 (with water to air cooler).
1.6 The mounting type of motor is IM7311or IM7321, that is, put rotor on two pedestal slip bearings, and together with stator installed on the same soleplate (Soleplate has integral type and partitioned type). Bearing lubrication is divided into oil ring lubrication, compound lubrication (oil ring and adscititious low voltage circulation oil-supply by lubrication station), and static pressure bearing lubrication (oil ring and adscititious low voltage circulation oil and high voltage circulation oil-supply high and low voltage circulation oil by the same lubrication station, and the high voltage circulation oil is for supporting rotor to form oil film).
