General This series motor is used for alternating current frequency conversion oil drilling machine. It is also used for electric rolling plate of driving driller, winch, mud pump and equipments which need dragging. Its mounting size coincides with the direct current driller at home and abroad. This series motor adopts advanced insulation structure and special anti-broken measures. This helps motors start with constant torque in low frequency and have wide constant output range in order to satisfy the needs of coincidence of load starting and high speed acceleration. It has good ventilation, high efficiency and stability, also free from repair. Briefing of construction The series motors are three-phase squirrel frequency conversion timing asynchronous ones whose structure is horizontal, single shaft, and double bearing brace. The shaft is 1:9.6 cones and equipped with oil scupper of hydraulic pressure. The motor is protective forced ventilation, self-equipped blower, the cooling air comes from non-driving end and exhausts from driving end cap. The blower can be installed on top or in side according to customers' request. There is also coding connection as customer requires.
