Dynamic equilibrium electric regulation valve is a new generation product different from the traditional electric regulation valve. It is a centralized product of dynamic equilibrium and electric regulation function.
As shown below, when the system pressure changes in the variable flow system with larger system load fluctuations, the pressure difference (P1-P3) between two ends of the dynamic balance electric regulating valve will also change: (1) When the inlet pressure P1 rises, (P1-P2) will increase when the electric valve core will move upwards to reduce the opening between P1 and P2 and further the valve core pressure P2; when the inlet pressure P1 falls, (P1-P2) will decrease when the electric valve core will move downwards to increase the opening between P1 and P2 and further the valve core pressure P2. Therefore, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 will always keep the same through the regulating effect of the electric valve core however the system pressure changes. Hence, such an electric valve is featured by such functions as strong resistance to jamming and dynamic balance;
(2) When the straight-travel electric actuator receives the control signal to make the valve shaft move up and down along A------B (or the angle-travel electric actuator receives the control signal to make the valve shaft rotate along R), the opening between P2 and P3 will also change with it. As the pressure difference between P2 and P3 (P2-P3) will always keep the same however the system pressure difference (P1-P3) changes, the water flow transported will be constant corresponding to any opening position and the actual flow characteristic curve of the electric regulating valve will be the same as the ideal one without any deflection. Accordingly, such an electric regulating valve is featured by a better regulating characteristic than the traditional one.
