LUOYANG CITIC IC is originated from Luoyang Mining Machinery Plant which was found in 1958 as one of the 156 key projects of Chinese first Five Year Plan, the earliest national approved enterprises of international management Low speed heavy gear manufacture center in China, Casting, forging and heat treatment center in mid-south of China. Now more than half a century later, CITICIC has become the largest mining machinery manufacturer and one of the largest heavy machinery manufacturers in China.
