Shandong Xingfu New Material Co., Ltd. was founded in November 2006 by Jinan Xinhua Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd., Jinan Shunkai Chemical Co., Ltd. and Jinan Luosheng Industrial Company. And the company was moved from Jinan to Linyi Industrial Park in 2009.
