X TECH is our oversea company name. We are a manufacturer, our factory, XINRUILIAN Electronic, locates at Zhaoqing city, Guangdong province. We have over 1000 staffs, capable for 2.5-3.0 million fans per month.

since our establishment in 1994, we started to run oversea business. To meet oversea customers request and demand, we have our own RD team, for tooling design, products design. We implemented ISO-9001 quality system since 1997, and ERP system since 2003. Importantly, almost all of our products have UL/CUL/CE/TUV certificates.
