1. Our quotations'd be valid for 30 days from the date of our quotation.

2. All prices are in US dollars ($)

3. Delivery will be CIF according to INCOTERMS 2000 to a named airport in the country of destination.

4. Payment will be in advance by telegraphic transfer into our bank for orders with a value of less than $10,000 US dollars.

5. For orders with a value of more than $10,000 US dollars, payment will be by Confirmed Irrevocable Letter of Credit placed with a First Class International Bank.

6. Goods will be despatched immediately upon receipt of payment into our bank.

7. Goods will be despatched by air courier according to the specified INCOTERMS.
