Lianyungang Dongdu Silicon Carbide Co., Ltd, established in 1994, is the earliest producer of sic in China. Our company is located in Lianyungang City, in the north of Jiangsu Province, China. The International Port, Lianyungang Port, is only 50KM from us. And the Qingdao Port is 200km to the north of us. Our factory is very convenient in transportation.

Our company started to produce sic grits in 1994 and strived to produce green sic micropowder since 2003. Now we grow into a big and important producer of grits and micropowder in China. We also maintain a foreign market share. We export 8000tons annually to America, Japan, TW and Korea.

As our factory have our own smelting plant which has four 12500KV transformers and the new producing lines have 250 water-floating dividing tanks, we can produce green sic micropowder 20,000 tons per year and macrogrits 10000tons per year.
