Our company has the production line of reaction bonded silicon carbide introduced from Eagle Company in Japan and self sintered silicon carbide developed by ourselves. We have advanced equipments and we use modern technique. We can produce the self sintered silicon carbide and reaction boned silicon carbide , which diameter can be up to 320mm and 560mm separately.
We use air prilling technologies, which make the material high density, and the products smooth surface.
