TAY United Steel Co., Ltd. (Tusco) is a scale-sized Metallurgy enterprise specializing in the production of cold rolled stainless steel in Southern China. The company is founded in October 1999. The plant was originally located in Langshi Town of Foshan City, one of China's most important hub for the steel industry. After 8 years' relentless efforts by the whole company staff, Tusco has seen rapid development.

In 2003, the company was invested by Taiwan Capital and the plant was moved to the national industrial zone-Changjiang Indutrial Park, Foshan City. In the plant, there are currently 6 cold rolling mills, among which 2 high-precision 12 high rolling mills, 4 precision 6 high rolling mills. TUSCO employs more than 300 workers now and has an annual output of more than 80, 000 metric tons of stainless steel coils and plates.
