Since 2002, we shanghai duma chemical fiber co., ltd have benn involved in chemical fiber area for couple of years, at present, owing to our developing technique and advanced facilities, we specialize in manufacturing chemical fibers, research &  developing new products as well provide for both overseas and domestic markets. Weve been focused on developing and producing different kinds of new products as well specials catering to our customers. Technologically supported by Dequan Chemical Fiber Institute, which benefit a lot from the connections with Polymer Material institute of Donghua University (formerly China Textile University), aimed to research and developing new facilities, technique and products of new kinds of chemical fibers. So far, our main products are PET monofilament, PA monofilament,PP monofilament and minifilament. This new product was at first successfully developed by our company in China, which is the most suitable material for the production of printing silk net, screen, padding cloth, strap weaving, and filtration material so far. Moreover, we are able to develop special varieties according to the different requirements of our customers. We have developed x-ray detctable yarn which also was the first break in China, used widely in the manufacture of x-ray detectable gauze swabs and sponges, using both woven and non-woven fabrics. Melt spun from pp with a high loading of barium sulphate, the yarn meets the x-ray opacity requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeias. Since this proprocut is made up of 40filaments, warpped with a fine polyester thread,the key advantage of this multi-filament yarn is the soft and flexible nature, couple with the products strength , which allows it to be woven, it actually has the capability in place of overseas products.
