Xuzhou Heng Yang Chemical Co., Ltd. (former Xuzhou Gas Plant), was established in 1958. Loaded in front of scenic BaWang Hill, XZHYCLC is chemical enterprise producing gases and cellulose ether derivatives.

Maily products include two main kinds gases and cellulose ethers. Gas products involve Oxygen, medical Oxygen, nitrogen, argon, mixed gases solved acetylane and C3 industrial fuel. It is the biggest researching and manfacturing enterprise of gases in HuaiHai economic district. The gases of the trade mark "zhouzi"have winned a good repote in the reaion of HuaiHai. Cellulose ettur products include carboxy methylcellulose(CMC) and polyanionic cellulose(PAC). As one of the early entaprise that researched the cellulose eter in china, XZHYCLC produced industrial CMC in 1971, the producing line of PAC fulfilled in 2000 is the project of national HuoJu. Now the caporation can produce, three series of special CMC include ordinary industrial, drilling and food.

XZHYCLC is the member of CSSA, CCEA and CNPC, and appointed supplier of Sinopec.
