the company invested more than 200 million RMB in 2016, to build a fully automatic foundry. the new facility, with an area of 4.5 hectares, is equipped a natural gas cupola + electric furnace, an automatic double station horizontal static pressure molding line, robotic drilling machine, automatic recycling sand plant, automatic shot blasting and grinding machine, and a painting line. UG and Solid Works are used in product development and design. the new CNC machining workshop enables in house mold making and product machining. the foundry has been operating since 2018.
