Our products are widely used in commercial vehicles, wind power, rail transportation, military and aviation fields. At present, our company has obtained GJB9001C-2017 national military standard quality certificate, GB/T19001-2016 standard quality certificate, military confidential qualification certificate, IATF16949 quality system certification qualification, and "quality benchmark enterprise" recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the city.
At present, we have outstanding achievements in passenger cars, traditional and new energy commercial vehicles and special vehicles, etc. Our current goal is to achieve greater breakthroughs in new energy cargo vehicles, medium trucks and tractors. The main strategic products are automotive composite plate springs, wind power composite lightning protection systems, weather resistant resin matrix composites, etc., and have passed the testing of relevant quality supervision departments. Together with Northwestern Polytechnical University, we set up Northwestern Polytechnical University Resin Matrix Composite Material Advanced Manufacturing Joint Engineering Research Center. The engineering center includes one professor, one associate professor, two technical workers, and more than 20 doctoral and master students. It mainly researches low-cost manufacturing process technology, high-performance and low-cost development of materials, recycling technology of composite materials, and manufacturing technology of thermoplastic composite materials.
Its general manager studied aircraft manufacturing engineering at Northwestern Polytechnical University from 2008 to 2012 and machinery manufacturing at Purdue University from 2013 to 2015. In 2019, he was awarded as a young talent of Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Association for enterprise innovation and pioneering, and had obtained a number of utility model patents.
