The story of the OCVACO Group began to unfold in 1995, when its forerunner, the WATA Electronics Factory started the production of speakers, earphones and headsets as a local sweet shop. It was here in the small town of TanZhou, ZhuHai, China that now the internationally recognized the OCVACO Group acquired an efficient management system from Japan that enabled her to mass produce high quality acoustic products and accessories, HDMI cables and later consumer electronics products, auto/motor accessories, computer peripherals, and telecommunication accessories at reasonable prices.

At the turn of the 21st century, the OCVACO Group marked a milestone of international expansion with the launch of its own brand OVC of professional headsets, the establishment of three marketing offices in Hong Kong and Guangzhou, an in-house design team in Hong Kong, an flexible R&D team in Shenzhen, a fast prototyping production facilities in BaoAn and IPOs in the Pearl Delta Region. 

In 2000, the group obtained ISO9002:1994 Quality System Certification. In 2002, we obtained ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certification. When 2003 came, our group acquired the SONY 揋lobal Green Partner?Certification and ISO14001:1996 Environmental Management System Certification.

We have been the designated partner of OEMs and ODMs of more than 40 well-known brands, such as Samsung, Sony, Motorola, Simens, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Plantronics, Audio-Technica, KOSS, Yamaha, and AT & T. In order to satisfy the unceasingly expanding demand of our clients, the Group made a decisive move to invest 100 million Yuan to build the OCVACO Industrial Park in 2005. It is expected to be completed by May of 2007 covering an area with 60,000 square meters.
