The company traces its beginnings to Dake Luo, who initially established Chengdu Dake Battery Co., Ltd. in 1995. After a few years of rapid development, 3 manufacturing base are successively established: the Chengdu Base, the Dongguan Base and the Shenzhen Base, summing up to 40,000 ㎡ plant area and 3,000 employees. Apart from a quite number of sales offices in China mainland, there are 2 overseas local distribution centers in Hong Kong and in USA separately. With constant technical innovation, engineering improvement, new product research and market expansion, Dake has made noticeable achievements in market share and production capacity. The annual productivity (3 bases combined) will mount to 80 million battery cell pieces by 2004. Nowadays our products cover nearly all specs of lithium-ion and Ni-MH batteries, rechargeable or irrechargeable, cylindrical, prismatic, or button-cell, all generally used respectively in mobile phones, cordless phones, electric tools and toys, calculators, lightings, discman, MP3 players, multimeter, video cameras, intercoms, PDA, portables, laptop and notebook, medical equipment, solar power systems, etc.
