Macau Central Pharmaceutical Factory (hereinafter as "the Company") was registered and founded in October, 2005 under the approval of Macau SAR government. Its predecessor, Macau Sanjing Central Pharmaceutical Factory, was reorganized in July, 2009 and changed its name into Macau Central Pharmaceutical Factory with a registered capital of MOP 12 million.

The Company is a modern high-new technological enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, international trade, technology transfer, etc. The headquarter and the factory are located in Macau, with a mainland office set in Zhuhai city, Guangdong province. The Company is based on non-polluted traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) resources in northern and western China. Our core competitiveness is the TCM made of natural herbs and medicine materials.

Since its establishment, the Company has been taken seriously by the Chief Executive and the SAR government. He Houhua, the Chief Executive, Su Tianping, Director of the Economic Bureau, Li Bingkang, President of the IPIM, have given interviews to our corporate leaders, supporting the corporate development in Macau.

On behalf of the enterprises in Macau, the Company has participated in the Trade Fair for the Cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Maputo Fair), the International Lusophone Markets Business Association (ACIML) and the Macau Expo, and has visited many lusophone countries, such as Portugal, Brazil, Mozambique, East Timor, Cape Verde islands and Angola, gaining a positive status both at home and abroad.

The Company is adhering to the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and has passed the GMP Certificates required by the WHO in 2006, Macau, ensuring the quality of our products. Now the Company offers 34 products in 5 forms, including membrane, pill, capsule, granule and dropping pill. It has facilitated with sophisticated equipments and modern processes, each link is up to the GMP standards. Its main products, Hanfang Lady Membrane and Jindankang Capsule, are 2 unique world-class products that the Company owns the IPR. Hanfang Lady Membrane has fill the blank of the TCM field by using the membrane form. In addition, the Company has produced many TCM products that are highly known among Chinese people both in the mainland and in Macau, Hong Kong and Taiwan, such as Shuanghuanglian capsules, Shuxin pills, Shenshuaining capsules, Bushenkangle capsules, Zhimaikang capsules, Yiganning capsules, Yishenning capsules, etc. The real benefits of these drugs are highly recognized by the customers, bring the company a broader room for further development.

The Company is cooperating with universities and research institutes both at home and abroad, to improve the R&D area, which has not only provided the Company with a strong back-up in research and technologies, but also possible self-owned IPRs for new products in the future, bringing strength to further development.
