Suzhou Ruisen Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd is a specialized manufacturer of tungsten carbide products and diamond wheel. Located in the developed centre area of South of Yangtz River near Taihu Lake, our company has over 10 years' esperience in this particular line of business. Our company covers an area of 20000 square meters with RMB 8.8million as registered capital. Our annual production capacity of cemented carbide has reached 200 tons. Made of high-quality raw material, our products, of variety of types and specifications, can meet customers' various requirements. Our company has passed ISO 9001:2000 International Quality Management System Verification. Under the principle of "Quality first, Credit Fundemental", we persistantly pursue constant innovation to meet customers' demands. So far there are over 100 employees in company. We have 20 press machines, 18 lathes ( of which 4 are numerical controlled), 5 WEDMs, 10 grinding machines and 2 pressure sintering furnaces. With a young, practical, united and capable team as well as our superior technique, our products enjoy a popular market at home and abroad for the excellent quality and high stability.
Our products can be devided mainly into two catagories: diamond wheel and cemented carbide.
Diamond wheel includes: flat wheel, taper cup wheel, dished wheel, cupulate wheel, one taper-side wheel, two taper-side wheel, cetreless grinding wheel etc. The articles can be ordered in accordance with the different requirements of our customers concerning types and specifications such as external diametre, bore, height, diamond granularity etc.
Diamond bronze wheel, diamond bakelite wheel, diamond CBN wheel, diamond resinoid bonded grinding wheel are also in our production range.
The other main catagory of our products is cemented carbide blanks, which is of YG grade series (YG4.5~YG20). This catalogue includes standard and non-standard die blanks such as drawing die, rock drilling tip, circular knife, tungsten carbide rod and strip, walk core point etc. By extrusion method,HIP sintered provides quality improvement to the finished products to ensure meterial reliability. Goods can be ordered in accordance with specific requirements of our customers.
