Vaso started business in 1994, and changed name as Vaso Digital in July 2000. Vaso specializes in the research, development, production, sales and marketing of digital electronics products and its solution sales. The current dominant product is the micro IC digital voice recorder. Vaso is a private high-tech enterprise and owns the right of import and export.

The development of the Vaso experienced in three basic stages:
(1) The earlier period expanded as the solution provider of "SONY" audio-visual product and component sales in China;
(2) Second period: self-developed and manufactured VCD, DVD, amplifier etc consumer AV products;
(3) At present the company is developing and producing the IC recorder and the other digital electronics products.
