East Pioneer Mold was founded in 2001, as a workshop for rough machining for molds. And now, it develop to a professional Auto parts plastic mold and home appliances injection molding factory. East Pioneer Mold provide the service of the product design, mold design, mold making and plastic injection and so on to the customers.In 2011, We move to the new plant and renovate all the equipment machines, renaming to Shenzhen East Pioneer Mold Co.,Ltd.The company regards the Auto inside and outside decoration plastic part mold, home appliances mold such as air conditioner,TV,refrigerator,washing machine and so on as the core business. Our main customer in Auto parts plastic mold are GM,Toyota,NISSAN,Vebasto,Hella; our main customers in Home Appliances mold are Gree, Haier, Ikea, GE,Vestel,ELECTROLUX and so on.Currently,there are 150 staff in East Pioneer Mold, among which, 25 are technical engineers; 10 are administrative staff and 8 are quality staff. The factory takes up 3500 square meters.The output is 60 molds per month and 720 molds per year.The Production value is about $11million every year. The biggest mold is nearly 15T and the size is 1100*2100*1000.
