Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd (ACRC) is a high-tech enterprise specialized in research, development and production of fused cast refractory. The plant is located at Quliang Science & Technology Industrial Zone, Xinmi of Henan Province and covers an area of 210,000 sq. m., among which buildings take up 56,000 Sq. m. and green coverage 50,000 sq. m.. It is adjacent with National Highway No. 107, 30 Km2 away from the provincial city Zhengzhou and close to the west of Jingzhu Highway and Zhengzhou International Airport with easy access for traveling and logistics.

The company grew out of Zhengzhou Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd that was a joint venture of Henan Ancai Group and Zhengzhou Dongfang Enterprise Group with an investment of RMB 180,000,000.00 and designed five production lines with annual capacity of 15,000 Metric tons, three of which had been under operation and the other two's infrastructures have also been finished. In 2008, the company was renamed as Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd with registered capital RMB 60,000,000.00 on the demand of further development.

The company possesses 151 sets of manufacturing facilities, among which there are three advanced first-level EA furnaces in China, operating systems are integratedly controlled by PLC that could intelligently store processing data of voltage, currency, etc. and automatically analyse and adjust these parameters in further productions. The Processing Workshops have 26 sets of high-precision diamond grinding machines, 4 sets of cutting machines and 2 drilling machines. The testing center is equipped with high-sensitive electro-balance, infra-red high temperature thermoscope, vacuum drying oven, flame photometer, visible spectrophotometer, high temperature electric resistance furnace, X-ray fluorescence analyzer, magnetic stirrer, planetary ball mill, etc. And also, the company built a 35KV transformer substation with RMB 3,000,000.00 specially to secure the power supply.
