K. the Asterism Group is engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing and marketing human and pet healthcare products, such as advanced foods, nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals, quasi-medicines, OTC, Japanese herbal therapeutics (Kampō Seiyaku), generic drugs and API.
Asterism healthcare products are produced by ISO- or GMP-certified factories based in Japan. most of these outsourced manufacturers are pharmaceutical companies operating for over 100 years, first according to the Taihō Ritsuryō Legal Code of 701 AD, Japan' s first medical affairs system, the Ishitsuryo, administered by Tenyakuryō. Tenyakuryō is the ancestor administrative institution of today' s Ministry of Health, Labor & Welfare, Department of Medicine & Department of Pharmacy, which administers and enforces Japan' s stringent Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, under which Asterism' s manufacturing base operates.
Asterism is expanding its value chain, from general beauty goods and supplements sold B2B to ASEAN, CIS and Middle Eastern markets. Asterism will include commercialization via multiple channels to North American, Brazilian, European, Russian/Ukrainian and select Middle Eastern markets.
