Baoding Honor Environmental Technologies Co., Ltd is specialized in the production of series of road neccessities of colourful aggregate and ceramic proppant which are necessary for oil and gas field exploitation by hydrofracturing method, The company takes a land of 40 acres, with 25,000 m2 constructions buildings, and green area of 20,000 square meters.

Established in 2007, the high technology enterprise assembles research, production and sale as a whole. The total investment amount to 20 million RMB. The company has seen rapid development and expansion over the years from the establishment, with currently 40 million Yuan’s worth of fixed assets. So far, there are 110 staff members, 25 proffessional technicians, 5 or more at the middle rank of professional post and10 technical personnel, particularly the engagement of 2 external ceramic specialists, and 1 business management expert.

After setting up, we have cooperated with the company of Tian Jin Mineral Processing and a great number of other cooperations, which will have our colour aggregate exports to Europe, North America, the Middle East, Russia and so on. The last two years, exportation was amount to 30 thousand tons and tended to be increased year by years. So far, the company is coloured ceramic aggregate products with larger species, comparatively whole supply, and more stable business in China.

In the March of 2009, as to meet market requirement, drawing on the advanced experience, the enterprise introduced the high-precision gas rotary kiln production lines, water fracturing technology for the production of oil extraction will be used to develop ceramic proppant. We adhere to the way of combined learning and R&D while production, and since developed low density high strength (DG), mid density high strength (ZG), high density high strength (GG) series ceramic proppants for varying needs of fracturing exploitation and meets the demands in different well depths according to design requirements. All indexes of products conform to the national oil industry standards SY/75108-2006, and the standard of Petrol China company Q/SY125-2005.
