Founded in 1992 Dalian No. 6 Acid Proof Pump Works is one of the professional anticorrosive pump manufacturers in China. It is located in the beautiful coastal city of Dalian and enjoys convenient land, sea and air transportation.

It occupies a factory area of 26000 square meters and among which 12000 square meters building area and 8500 square meters shop area. There are more than 350 existing staffs and among them 11 senior engineers, 40 combat engineers and over 100 technical workers. We have been continuously bringing in new technique and advanced equipments and this make us shoulder high above others in pump making.

Our production technique covers sand casting, investment casting, machining and testing. The factory is completely equipped with horizontal machining center, CNC boring, milling, planing, drilling, grinding machine, dynamic balancing machine, medium frequency melting furnace, non-destructive detection, automatic welding and other sophisticated equipment more than 130 sets. One medium frequency melting furnace can produce 150kg ~ 1500kg various pressure and non-pressure carbon alloy steel, high alloy stainless steel and special alloy castings, especially for the special circumstances of strong acid, strong base and strong corrosion medium. The factory testing facilities includes open-type, B-class precision pump test center, closed-entire- Pump Performance Test Units, spectral analysis, phase analysis, cavitation, efficiency, shaft power, vibration, noise, speed and other Detected capability available.

We can produce more than 30 series, over 1000 species of pump products, including vertical, horizontal, single, double and multi-stage centrifugal pump, axial flow pump, oblique flow pump, mixed-flow pump and other related design. Our products are widely used in petroleum, natural gas, chemical, fertilizer, mining, metallurgy, coke, power plants, paper, wine, food, urban water supply, sewage treatment, non-ferrous metal smelting, chemical, automobile manufacturing coating and corn deep-processing industries. The pumping medium covers high, low temperature, strong corrosive, flammable, toxic, solid contained liquid and other special agent.
