Hualu is located at the foot of Mountain Tai, and covers 156,000 m2, including 108, 000 m2 of productive area.
Industrial and manufacturing
Hualu has invented 40 national patents, 23 Practical& New-Fashioned Patents, mainly used for plate rolling machine and plate straightening machine of DAIYUE.
It is noticeable that the working range of plate rolling machine is 25~170mm for plate thickness, 2000~21000mm for plate width.
The market share of marine-plate bending machine and high strength plate straightening machine is respectively ranked the first in China. Especially, the market share of WS11 hydraulic moving-down plate bending machine keeps increasing year by year, since sharing 1/3 up of home market in the year of 2006. The plate straightening machine for middle plate, thick plate and abnormal parts, is marked the top in China. The plate shearing machine and press brake machine is developing rapidly; especially press brake machine of WS67K-800/8000 is listed technically advanced worldwide.
Bearing multiple NATIONAL TORCH PROJECTS and NATIONAL EMPHASIS NEW PRODUCRION PROJECTS, Hualu is devoted to research the technology of marine-plate rolling, thick high-taper workpiece rolling, high intensity plate straightening, exploded composite plate leveling and parts leveling, etc. The core-competitiveness of DAIYUE is increasing by development of independent intellectual property technology.
