About QC:

1. Raw materials and accessories must be checked or tested before producing and only qualified be used. Unqualified materials will be rejected immediately.

2. Quality control and analysis be provided for each product line.

3. Products will be checked by workers and then by full-time QC inspectors. Mass production begins only the first trial products been checked and tested no problem.

4. During mass production, products will be checked randomly. QC team completes a tour of inspection, parts are spot checked before move to the next phase of production.

5. Finished products will be checked to judge their quality level. Only qualified products are allowed to delivery.

6. Feedback from the marketing department is rapidly and efficiently delivered to the QC and technical departments, improvements and corrections would be made as soon as possible.
