Now, among its 400 employees, 120 are technicians. The total area occupies 150,000 square meters. There are eight main products, such as electronic class lead silicate, granulated oxide, tuberose lead oxide, granulated red lead, lead oxide yellow, lead red, etc. Each of them won the title of the JIANGSU Provincial Famous Brand Products. It boats an annual production volume of 100,000 Tons lead series products. They are main used in the fields of monitor, TVs glass shell, electro vacuum glass, optics glass, enamel, lacquer, store battery, etc. It has advanced equipment on science research progress. At present, over 70 per cent of the products are exported to many countries and regions, such as Korea, Japan, India, Italy, Russia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Germany, U.S.A, Holland, etc.

With the national leaders?help, the company has finished the item about the leak proof alteration of 50,000 Tons lead salt products and the item about the alteration of annual output of 30,000 Tons electronic class lead silicate.
