Zhejiang Jai&Sun Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in September 2002. As a joint venture between Zhejiang Longsheng(Holdings) Corporation and Hong Kong Huaze Group,it specializes in the production of sulphuric acid and its derivatives and other inorganic chemicals. The company is located in Longsheng Industrial Park, which is part of the Fine Chemical Zone of Hangzhou Bay. 
The company adopts sulphur-made-sulphuric acid craft which is encouraged by state, and produces about 175,000 ton sulphuric acid and 60,000 ton potassium sulphate one year.
