Nanjing Jlstar System Engineering Co. Ltd was founded in 1997 by Guanghui Yuan in Nanjing China. During the first several years, the company focused on high-end CANbus automotive ECU Electronic Control Unit design. Based on Mr. Guanghui Yuan and his technical team's innovation and over 30 years' experience in hardware and software design.

The company soon earned reputation in the automotive industry. Obtained ISO9001 and later TS16949 certification, the company began to sell automotive electronics products including digital dashboard, body-control CANbus network for coach, FIC and other related products to major automotive manufacturers.

After nearly two years research and development, Nanjing Jlstar launched the company's first switch mode intelligent charger applying its patented reverse pulse technology. During two successive years, Nanjing Jlstar continuously launched 6 series reverse pulse battery chargers, including nearly 50 models to the global markets. In 2010, the brand name "UltiPower"was created by Bo Yuan, and the chief export manager's sales team. Since then, Nanjing Jlstar began to manufacture and trade new generation battery chargers under the name of "UltiPower" The intelligent reverse pulse charger business later turned into a whole new division within Nanjing Jlstar System Engineering Co. Ltd. till then there are more 400 clients in over 60 countries are using UltiPower automatic intelligent reverse pulse battery chargers to replace their conventional 3-stage or traditional transformer chargers and chargers with low technology. Nowadays, there are more than 40 models including advanced revese pulse battery charger, heavy duty automatic battery charger, adapter style intelligent charger.
