Eisho's manufacturing facilities are located in a suburban area of Guilin city, and also in Yangshuo and Lipu. Eisho owns 9 wooden hanger production lines, which have capabilities for both traditional and non traditional finishing. Eisho also has its own plywood manufacturing facility and metal hanger manufacturing facility. The Wooden Hangers Factory has more than 800 employees, production capability up to 5 million pcs/month. The Metal Hangers Factory has more than 400 employees, production capability up to 4 million pcs/month. There are three kinds of metal hangers available from us: vinyl dip coating finishing, electroplating and aluminium hangers. Besides, Eisho brought in Solar Powered Dehumification Storage, which applies the dehumidifiers and air ventalation system that effectively controls the storage environment; CNC Drying Chamber, imported from Italy which assures all our material meets products specification; Fully Automatic CNC Machine, which makes sample rapidly, customized production for small orders, guarantees all hangers are identical.
