We offer design of manufacturability advice, utlize proven best foundry practice with casting solidification modeling software to develop pattern with adequate gating & risering system for high integrity steel castings manufacturing.
We develop a detailed process control plan for our customer' s castings, and the information is available to all the relative workers and on-going training is to be conducted to make sure the requirement is followed. Additionally, we don' t just make castings to the drawings and quality spec, we also persue new qualifications if needed to meet customer requirements, we take time to study where the castings to be used, where they get machined, how the castings to be fit, so that we can fully understand the customer ' s expecting and what' s the most important to them. We build a traceability system by cast a unique serial number on each casting which is traceable through the entire manufacturing process.
