Fujian Guanlean Automotive Parts Industry Co., Ltd. was established in August 1992, invested by Indoprima Group in Indonesia, with the total investment of fifteen million US dollars. It went into operation on Oct.28th, 1993. Currently four product lines are available in Guanlean with their annual production capacities as follows: Brake linings: 8000 tons Brake pads: 1,500,000 sets Brake shoes: 500,000 sets Clutch facings: 2,500,000 pieces Fujian Guanlean Automotive Parts Industry Co., Ltd is now one of the main friction material manufacturers in China. It takes the leading position in the friction material?s technology and quality around the country. In August 1997, Guanlean was the first to get ISO9002 certificate among the fellow industries in China. In 2000, Guanlean passed the quality assessment registration of China Q-mark. In 2002, Guanlean got the QS9000 certificate. In 2005, Guanlean implemented ISO/TS 16949 : 2002 standard and was successfully certified by DNV. Guanlean is located in Fuqing, one of the most dynamic economic regions in China. It takes only 40-minute drive to Fuzhou Airport and the railway station, and only 5-minute drive to the entrance of Fuzhou-Xiamen Highway. Established in 1998, Guanleans R&D Institute has been devoted to the research of automotive friction material technology. In recent years, much progress has been made in the non-asbestos friction material and granulation friction material technologies. Guanlean enjoys a good reputation and has broad and royal customers both in Chinas aftermarket and the international market such as America, Middle East and Australia. Recently, Guanlean has successfully done OEM business with Yutong Bus, Huanghai Bus, Jiangxi Isuzu, Dongfeng Axles,Fuwa Axles, and Nanjing Valeo. And the quality has been widely recognized.
