Up to now, EAST has developed for more than ten years from China's first piece of heating cable in 1998 to the global first piece of heat-resistant heating cable in 2009, then to the successful development of the multi-strand heating coil hidden-connection heating cable in 2011.

The heat-resistant heating cable developed by EAST has an additional layer made of special material between the heating core wire and XLPE insulating layer. The layer has no deformation, meltdown, deterioration and burning under the high temperature at 140 Degree Celsius. So, it is real special heat-resistant material. In addition to its anti-tearing outer cover and high mechanical strength XLPE insulating layer, the EAST heating cables is far higher than that of the state standard in heat-resistant, insulating performance, and resistance to mechanical damage. It is a high-end leading heating cable product to satisfy the requirements of the complicated heating environment.

In order to ensure ex-factory quality for each piece of the heating cable, the EAST is leading to adopt the high-voltage meter, hot stretching tester, ageing tester, vulcanization tester, tension tester, etc. to perform one hundred percent inspection for raw materials entry to ex-factory products, so as to guarantee quality of the heating cables to the maximum. The company carries out strictly IEC60800 International Standard and has passed CE Certification of EU official authentication.
