Haohan Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was put into production on April 28, 2002 and in the same year on December 12 we acquired the certification of ISO9001:2000. Passing the examination of National Bureau of Technical Intendance, we got the production license on March 18, 2003 successfully. Since April 20, 2003 we have been operating in conformance with QS9000 then qualified since August 11, 2004. After ten years tireless efforts, we the predecessor of Haohan Auto Parts Co., Ltd has development to a comprehensive business body.
With convenient transportation, moderate climate and elegant environment, up USD2.1 million invested, Haohan factory is locating in Hegui Industrial Park, Heshun Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong, China, During the first period project, we founded workshop of over 4000 square meters, office building of more than 500 square meters and purchased more than 100 sets equipments. High jumping-off point, high efficiency and high quality are tenet of our firm. We are using the most advanced equipments of production,including automatic performing machine, semi-automatic combined grinding machine and semi-automatic production line of gluing-preheating-solidifying for the sake of capacity enhancement. In the sane time, we use fully new and auto-controlled test machines for shearing test and friction test to strengthen our quality control and R&D ability.
  In 2003 we succeeded in OEM supply to China Jiangnan Spaceflight Group. Now we are mainly exporting to the areas such as Middle East, South Africa, Hong Kong, Russia, Iran, Vietnam and so on and supplying to the domestic aftermarket as well. own our patent brand name "XJL" and "RocheEnterprise " for friction products.
  At present, we are holding a supply as 1 million sets (near 400 items) disc brake pad and 1.5 million sets (near 200 items) brake shoe every year, for all kinds of imported models of light vehicles. we have quite a few formulas such as semi-metallic, asbestos ,non-asbestos and china materials of friction(some of which are designed for environment protection, no noise, in high friction perform ance ).
  We use the method of rolling and drying in our production procedures. And we keep stable purchasing. Raw materials must be inspected before devotion for production. Purchased components such as backing plate and shoe core will be processed after inspection as well: oil removing, washing, gritting and drying, then clamping or performing and so on to ensure the force of adhesion. Furthermore, we have set up the self-managed, spot-checked and closed-circuit television system of management to avoid the production mistake and keep quality stability.
  Now we have more than 100 of staffs, including 20 of years-practiced and experienced high-level engineers, engineers, assistant engineers, technicians, academicians, and quite a few high managers, we plan to expand our team according to the rapid growth of production.
 In order to enhance our marker competition, we set up the R&D department, researching and developing new products, new formulas and new procedures unceasingly to provide our customers as much product in good quality and competitive price as we can.
  To create a clean working environment, we are using the advanced environment-protective equipments to clear up the powder and baleful gases, etc we built up our workshop as a green park.
