HIT's flip-chip packaging equipments win State Technological Innovation Award(STIA) second prize and we president over and participate in national industry standards each one respectively.

After more than 10 years' steady development & with the continuous accumulation of technology and in-depth understanding of customers' needs, we have developed domestical leading RFID tag manufacturing equipments (Flip-chip Bonding Technique) in the industry. In 2013, we are specially introduced to Central China Internet of Things Industry Base in Gedian National Economic & Technological Development Zone. The IOT industry base will center on HIT, combining with other domestic well-known IOT enterprises, form a whole industry chain base focusing on IOT high-end equipment manufacturing, supplemented with IOT technology development, key components & intelligent sensors manufacting, application demonstration, information service & communication.
