the production base of HLPOWDER is located in the national economic development zone of Ningxiang, Changsha city, Hunan province. It was put into production in July 2019. HLPOWDER has 12 fourth-generation gas atomization powder production lines, with an annual production capacity of over 15,000 tons. Our products include high-performance soft magnetic powder, stainless steel powder, die steel powder and other special alloy powder. The powder has the characteristics of low impurity content, high sphericity, high flowability, high chemical composition homogeneity and stable performance etc. They are mainly used in high saturation alloy powder core, high-power molding choke, MIM, 3D printing, thermal spraying, laser cladding, metal filter etc. We organize production according to ISO9001:2015 quality management system.
