Our company, founded in 1996, is a professional vacuum forming BLISTER manufacturer. In 2001, we moved from Dongguan Fenggang Yantian to Dongguan Tangxia Town, and industrial plants covering more than 6000 square meters have been built since then. After 20 years of development, we now begin to take shape and strength. With strong capabilities of packaging design, development and manufacturing, we attract a group of experts on blister production, management and technology.

Our company has passed ISO9001-2000 quality management system certification, ensuring the production of high quality packaging products.

Our major equipments include 13 high speed automatic vacuum molding machines, 36 new cutting machines, 6 advanced plastic box machines, 3 high frequency machines, 2 generators, 4 automatic visco box machines, 10 plastic injection molding machines, lathe, gongs bed and other related production equipments. Our daily blister production reaches 15 ton.

Our company produce voltage wood pattern, high frequency wood pattern, blister processing folder, screen and pad printing, as well as gold blocking, besides mainstream products such as PVC plastic cover (BLISTER), PVC transparent cylinder, offset printing PVC, plastic box, PVC soft plastic bags and PVC flocking blister.

We set our own mold development division, to provide one-stop service from packaging design and making sample to production and deliver products for our customer. The molds we use for production include CNC aluminum alloy mold, electrolytic copper mold, silicone mold and plaster mold.

Our wide range of raw materials are collected from the world wide: less-toxic transparent porcelain PVC (Taiwan and China), environmental transparent PET, PETG (Taiwan and USA), transparent environmental porcelain PS (Japan, Taiwan and China), translucent green PE, PP and PP ultrasonic plastic box (Japan and Taiwan), and there are other mixed colors for your option.

We have many trucks for delivery, so we could offer high quality and efficient services for our customers, regardless of the distance and quantity of the order.
