We utilizes fully automatic production lines-Hibar Lines for manufacturing alkaline batteries. The capacity of Hibar lines is 500pcs batteries per minute, and the rate can be above 90 percent. The annual production capacity is 450 million batteries, ranking with the first in production scale among the manufactures of the north of China.

Under the condition of discharge continuously under 3. 9 ohm till 0. 9V, the duration of LR6 battery is more than 400mins and the LR03 is more than 145mins, digital cameras simulated discharge of LR6 can be up more than 80 times.
