Imold only use mold steels from qualified supplier in our mold production, such as 718(h), 738(h), S136(h), S7 from ASSAB of Sweden, NAK55 and NAK80 from DAIDO of Japan and P20(FINKL ), P20HH(FINKL), DRX(FINKL), 420, 2311, 2312, 2344, 2767 from LKM etc. Most of plastic mold bases and standard components purchase from LKM. Also, Imold design mold according to customers' platic mold specification such as DME and HASCO plastic mould standard. Imold offer the certification of plastic mold steel, heat treatment report, mold drawing and engineering specification to customer after mold finish.
