Introduction on Shanghai New Energy Industry Association

In order to meet the energy requirements in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, strengthen internationally win-win cooperation in energy strategy and adapt to the vigorous situation of renewable energy industry, with the instruction and support of Shanghai Economic Committee, Shanghai Social Service Bureau, Shanghai Administration Bureau of NGOs and Shanghai Federation of Industrial Economics, Shanghai New Energy Industry Association (SNEIA) has started up its various tasks. It takes Shanghai as the core, spreads to the rest of China and faces to the whole world. 
Up to now, SNEIA has more than 200 members, including the equipment manufacturing enterprises, design institutions, investment groups, electricity grid companies and so on in new energy industry.
The tenet of SNEIA: to push forward the technical and economic information exchanges inside the association, improve the relationship between its members and the government, society, and organizations home and abroad, prompt the technology advancement and extension of new energy as well as provide trade, technology and information services for Chinese and overseas new energy enterprises.
The business scope of SNEIA: information and technology exchanges, technical advice, projects application, quality appraisal, marketing services, education and training and exhibition affairs.
