Shanghai Hehui Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd, a subsidiary company of Hehui Investment Group, was founded in 2006, registered with 4 million US dollars and 8, 000 square meters building area.

We have about 150 employees together and two workshops: injection mould making and EPS mould making. Hehui Mould is equipped with modern CNC machining centers, EDM, wire cutting machines, injection machines, measure and test instruments, etc. In mould design and manufacture, We adopt advanced software such as Auto CAD, UG and Pro/E.

100 employees work for injection mould making, 15 of them are professional technical engineers who all have over ten years experience. By holding the certificate of ISO 9001: 2000, by virtue of consummate skill, advanced equipment and perfect 6S administration, our injection mould mainly includes: autobile accessory moulds, office equipment part moulds, home appliance part moulds, electronic product moulds, helmet moulds and other body protection moulds. EPS workshop has nearly 50 workers, 10 of them are professional CNC programmers who have occupied a leading position in this area, supply kinds of EPS/EPP/EPO package moulds for different industries. Based on our service and quality, we have established a long-term partnership and provide the products to end users like GM Shanghai, Honda, VW( Shanghai VW & FAW VW), HP, ASUS, Gree, TCL, SCA, Central Package Group and so on. Our international business have achieved to European and North American market like Germany, France, USA, Denmark, Switzerland, etc.
