Hunan Space Satellite Communication Co..Ltd(hereinafter referred to the satellite communication company), in June 1998 from Hunan Pearl River instrument factory (the state-owned No.7861 factory) incorporated integration restructuring, the continuation of No.7861 factory's satellite applications and electronic products all operators of technology, equipment, plants, personnel and marketing resources, the Bureau of the China Aerospace Group 068 base directly under the military with civilian type of state-owned enterprises. Satellite communication company was No.7861 factory, which is the Department of the original seven three-military radar units developed since 1985 to the State Council a "frontier areas and poor" in the first satellite TV station mission since the satellite communications to the development of radio and television broadcasting industry.
   Through more than 10 years of continuous project development, technological innovation and mechanisms for reform, it has now become the base of satellite application industry in Chinese Aerospace System and been the key enterprises which focus on R&D and production of equipments for satellite radio and television in China. We have formed a product system of the military radar, satellite communications antenna, DVB-S / C / T set-top boxes, broadband CATV network equipment, GPS, which is more than 300 models, and the full set of satellite application equipments. We are appointed by national related departments as designated manufacturer of the satellite TV antenna and the digital satellite TV receivers.
