At present, the production capacity of KDS Company reaches 12,000M2/month. The Company takes the capability of producing simultaneously the samples and the mass-produced boards. The minimum production cycle of samples is 1 day and the mass-produced boards can be supplied in 7days. The Company provides the full series PCB products covering single/double-sided and multi-layered ones (with 4 to 16 layers) such as epoxy board, aluminum based board, HDI, BGA, BVH and RF board. We also supply the green products measuring up to the standard of EU.
