Our factory has established comprehensive management system and structure. We have 6 primary departments, i. e. Engineering, R&D, QC, PMC, Production, and Marketing. Among which, the PMC has two subsidiary teams, i. e. A hardware team with more than 20 workers, supported with machine tools, punches, and relative equipments, and a polishing team with several members and necessary machines. As well as improving our production capacity, our factory has a large-scale QC Dept. For product quality control. In general, we have maximum allocation of resources to realize ultimate application of materials, and human resource, so that to guarantee smooth commodity delivery, sufficient capital application, and effective personnel utilization.
