Quzhou Yingzheng Packaging Material Co., Ltd. is located in Qujiang District, Quzhou city which is in the west of Zhejiang Province and in the upper reaches of Qiantangjiang River. Quzhou has an inborn geographic advantage with a number of neighboring cities: to its South, West, and North are Fujiang, Jiangxi and Anhui respectively and to East it joins Hangzhou, Jinhua and Lihui together in the same province. It is the transport hub and the political, economic and cultural center of West Zhejiang province and known as "thoroughfare of four provinces and the head of five roads".

The company was founded in Nov, 2003 with 4.7 million registered capitals. There are 2 most advanced professional PVDC coating film production lines with an annual capacity of more than 3000 tons. There are more that 100 employers, in which 25% are senior staff, 50% have academic certificates at or above the junior college level.
