Company Description

Many energy-saving lamp makers outsource glass, lamp tubes
and ballasts, making quality control for these parts difficult.
At Leedarson, we have separate glass, lamp tube, ballast and
assembly facilities-so each component of your lamp is made
in-house, ensuring the quality you require. That's why Carrefour
and two of the world's top lighting brands trust their OEM needs
to us.
The sole China lamp maker with glass production facilities
In June of 2005, we became the only lamp manufacturer in
mainland China to open our own glass factory. Our 43,900m?
facility produces 2,000 tons of glass every month. This not only
lowers our costs and yours, it also allows us to ensure that this
critical component meets your quality requirements.
In-house lamp tube and ballast manufacturing
We own two factories for lamp tube production, and have
acquired extensive knowledge of CFL manufacturing over our
16 years of industry experience. You can rely on us to make sure
that the gases and chemicals in every tube work together just
right, resulting in a long-life bulb with high light output and low
lumen depreciation. Our 100 QC technicians run nine inspection
processes during tube production, and an additional six during
ballast and lamp assembly.
Compliant with WEEE and RoHS Directive
We comply with WEEE requirements. And our raw materials
and finished products are tested by ITS and meet the RoHS
Directive, which means that they don’t contain substances, such
as lead, cadmium and mercury, that are harmful to humans and
the environment. This also means that you can distribute our
products with ease in the EU.
With 3,500 skilled employees and a monthly capacity of
8 million energy-saving lamps, we can easily meet volume
orders from buyers in 60 countries. And with a decade of trading
experience, we can offer you the logistics and aftersales services
you need. Call or e-mail us today.
