Changshu Longteng Special Steel Co., Ltd. was established in 1993. The registered capital is RMB80.20 million. The COMPANY covers a total land area of 120,000 m2, which 86,000 m2 for total factory area. Now it has over 1000 staffs and RMB188 million for fixed assets. Till now, the company has possessed three major series of products, i. e. hot rolled flat-bulb steels for vessels, hot rolled steel balls, and pipe-staked accessories, and enjoyed an annual output of 650,000t. Hereinto, the products of three major series, i. e. hot rolled flat-bulb steels for vessels, hot rolled bearing steel rolling element blanks, and steel bars for high-strength prestress concrete (PC steel bars) have possessed their respective domestic production base in the company. high-strength PC steel bars were listed among the high-tech products of Jiangsu Province. The newly developed flat steel and flat-bulb steel for vessels have by now passed the certifications of ship classifications societies in multiple countries, including CCS, ABS, GL, LR, BV, NK, KR, and RINA.
