Now, Shuanglong Machinery has developed into a professional manufacturer and global supplier of automotive spare parts with 200 workers. We provide brake rotors, brake drums and brake discs for cars, Jeep, SUV, Heavy Trucks and Buses. Our annual productivity of our brake rotors and brake drums is one million pieces and our products are supplied to worldwide markets, such as America, Canada, Australia and Singapore.

With rich strength of technological equipment, Shuanglong Machinery has one auto casting and molding line, 4 sets of 0.5T/H electric furnaces and 80 sets of advanced producing facilities.

To ensure the quality, every casting part is strictly monitored and guaranteed. We have purchased physical and chemical measuring checkout equipment, including metallographic analyzers, automatic balancing machines, coordinate detectors, infrared carbon & sulphur analyzers, coordinate detectors, hardness testers, tensile strength testers and more.
