Product application:
Sapphire crystal is widely used in semiconductor (MOCVD epitaxial GaN substrate), watches, medical science, communications, lasers, infrared, electronics, measuring instruments, military, aerospace and others high-tech industry.
Lithium niobate (LiNb03) crystal is widely used since it has excellent ferroelectric, piezoelectric, electro-optic, nonlinear optical properties and SAW properties. At present, LiNb03 substrate is practically used in the waveguide, optical modulator, optical isolation, narrow-band filters and the others. Also it will be widely applied on photon mass storage devices, optical integration and so on, which is considered as one of main candidate materials about "optics silicon" during the photoelectron time.
Lithium tantalate (LiTaO3) Crystal is a very important multi-functional crystal material, which has an excellent piezoelectric, ferroelectric, acousto-optic and electro-optic effect. Thus it has become the basic functional material which is for SAW devices, optical communication, laser and photonics. The polished LiTaO3 wafer is widely used in resonators, filters, transducer and the others electronic communication devices. Especially since its good electromechanical coupling, temperature coefficient and the others synthesized properties, it has been used in high-frequency SAW devices and also used in cell phones, intercom, satellite communications, aerospace and other high-level communications.
